Social Media Manager & AI Content Specialist

We are looking for a highly organised, creative, and experienced Social Media Manager & AI Content Specialist to join our team long term. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across all major social media platforms, with particular expertise in TikTok and Instagram, as well as a strong understanding of AI systems and digital content strategy.

The successful candidate will play a key role in growing our online presence, developing engaging content, and helping design and implement an in-house AI system to support the business and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all social media accounts on a daily basis
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple platforms
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth
• Focus on growing and managing TikTok and Instagram platforms
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and viral content opportunities
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries professionally
• Track analytics and provide performance reports with recommendations
• Work closely with the team on campaigns, promotions, and content planning
• Assist in the development and implementation of an in-house AI system for business and marketing purposes
• Use AI tools effectively to improve workflow, content creation, automation, and strategy
• Ensure all content reflects the company’s brand and vision

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media platforms professionally
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other major platforms
• Experience using AI systems and AI-powered tools
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and content creation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a long-term team
• Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience growth strategies
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Portfolio & Evidence Required

• Evidence of accounts they have managed and the results achieved
• Examples of content creation, audience growth, branding, or marketing campaigns

What We’re Looking For

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
