The Role
We are looking for a Data Scientist to join us in the Business Operations & Analytics team in our Data & Sales Operations. The team provides analytics services across multiple domains in Silicon Labs including Sales, Product Lines, Customer Support and other business functions. The team also works closely with other analytics functions in eg. Operations and R&D.
Key Requirements
- Work experience in analytics or data science
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field
- Able to focus on business value in analytics solutions
- Good skills in Python & SQL
- Good statistics and machine learning skills
- Good understanding of utilizing GenAI
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to function in a diverse & international environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
The following are beneficial:
- Experience with Databricks and PowerBI
- Experience in Semiconductor or other B2B industries
- Data visualization skills and vision
- Experience in process improvement and design
- Understanding of modern cloud-based data & analytics tools and architecture

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between €36,750 - €68,250 EUR. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
