Job Summary: This is a 1.0 FTE continuing contract position for a Behavior Intervention Coach and AI Strategy and Data Innovation TOSA (Teacher on Special Assignment) beginning in the 2026-2027 school year. Under the direction of the Executive Director of Elementary/K-12 Student Success, will work to implement support in areas of behavior and social-emotional learning (SEL). They may also help develop a school-wide approach to MTSS and Tier 1 behavior practices. They provide behavior analysis services and behavior management plans for students enrolled in educational programs; provide support and professional learning to school site staff, para-educators, and parents/guardians in appropriate academic and behavior intervention techniques. They will support Student Success Department in the areas of Data Intervention Cycle, attendance data, and attendance practices in schools. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy and Data Innovation provide district support (leadership) in the research, evaluation, implementation, and responsible use of artificial intelligence in support of both operational effectiveness and student learning. This position serves as a district resource to build staff capacity, strengthen organizational understanding of AI tools and practices, and support the appropriate use of AI for instruction, leadership, communication, and data-informed decision-making. The position is based in Central Office and works under the supervision of the Deputy Superintendent. This focus aligns with the district's existing AI guidance for students and its broader academic services structure (10 hours a week). Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job description.
Salary Range: $78,616 - $156,126 per the 2026-2027 Snohomish Education Association Total Compensation Salary Schedule. Placement on the salary schedule is determined by official documentation verifying educational level and work experience. Salary will be prorated for less than a full-year and/or part-time employees.
Contract: 180-days plus 15 extra days, includes 12 sick and 3 personal days per year (prorated for less than a full year)

Qualifications:+ Bachelor of Arts/Master of Education in education
- Valid Washington State teaching certificate
- Specialized training in instructional and behavior coaching preferred
- At least three years of coaching and/or teacher leadership preferred
