Overview:

The AI & Data Solutions Analyst supports the Technical Safety and Regulatory Compliance (TSRC) organization by executing AI and data-driven initiatives that enhance safety investigations, regulatory reporting, and operational decision-making. This role combines data ownership, analytics execution, and AI use case delivery, acting as a key contributor in translating business needs into scalable AI and data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Use Case Delivery:

– Support identification, definition, and execution of AI use cases aligned with TSRC priorities

– Coordinate development, testing, and deployment of AI solutions

– Track adoption, usage, and business impact of AI initiatives

• Data Ownership & Governance:

– Ensure TSRC data is defined, structured, and compliant with governance standards

– Validate data quality and readiness for analytics and AI

– Document data sources, flows, and business rules

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

– Analyze safety and regulatory data to identify trends and insights

– Develop dashboards and reports (Power BI)

– Support data-driven decision-making across TSRC

• Process Automation:

– Develop solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate

– Identify and implement workflow automation opportunities

• Project Support:

– Manage assigned workstreams and deliverables

– Track timelines, risks, and project milestones

• Stakeholder Engagement:

– Collaborate with TSRC, ICT, and business stakeholders

– Support training and adoption of tools
