We are building a bold, modern brands consistently from the ground up and using AI at every level of our operation to excel our pace — from product design to marketing to customer engagement. We move fast and we're looking for someone who moves even faster.

The role

We are looking for an AI Strategist who knows the full landscape of artificial intelligence tools and can build, manage, and optimize our entire AI-powered workflow. This is not a traditional marketing or design role. You will be the person who figures out which AI tools we should be using, builds the systems, and executes across creative, content, and operations.

If you live and breathe AI, follow every new tool drop, and know how to get results that most people can't — this is your role.

What you will do

Build and manage our end-to-end AI content and creative pipeline (visuals, video, copy, social)

Use tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, and Canva to produce product mockups, ads, and branded content

Oversee logo, packaging, and product design using AI generation tools

Automate repetitive marketing and operations tasks using AI workflows

Research and recommend new AI tools before our competitors find them

Train and guide other team members on AI tools and best practices

Manage freelancers and vendors (designers, editors, animators) using AI-assisted briefs

Track AI tool costs and optimize for maximum output at minimum spend

Tools you should know well

Image generation: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion

Video and motion: Runway ML, Kling AI, Sora, CapCut

Design: Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Logo Diffusion

Copywriting and strategy: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini

Automation: Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n, or similar

Social scheduling: Later, Buffer, or equivalent

What we are looking for

2+ years working hands-on with AI tools in a creative or marketing context

Portfolio or work samples showing real AI-generated creative output

Strong visual eye — you know what looks good, not just what the AI spits out

Self-starter who can work independently without hand-holding

Experience in cannabis, CPG, beverage, or lifestyle brands is a plus

Comfortable moving fast in a startup environment

Nice to have

Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning AI outputs

Basic video editing skills

Understanding of cannabis compliance and marketing regulations

Existing network of AI-savvy creatives you can bring in as needed

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
