What to Expect We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Technical Program Manager to join our People Organization, where you'll play a key role in optimizing and scaling AI tools that transform the employee experience. The role sits at the intersection of HR and technology, driving initiatives that deploy AI to improve HR processes, automate workflows, and enhance People data visibility/reliability. You’ll serve as a technical anchor for the People team, bridging HR stakeholders and AI engineers while leveraging your technical competency to guide decisions and drive innovative solutions.
What You'll Do* Configure, test, and deploy LLM-powered features and agent tools, in partnership with IT/Engineering teams, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance, while establishing best practices for AI system usage across the People team
- Partner strategically with ML product leaders and engineering teams to identify organizational bottlenecks, shape the product roadmap, and architect scalable solutions
- Translate HR business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with engineering and systems teams, proactively identifying opportunities to apply machine learnings towards the optimization of HR processes, systems, and analytics
- Execute A/B testing frameworks and analyze conversation data, user feedback, and system metrics to drive continuous improvement of AI tool accuracy and user experience
- Partner with HR, legal, and other subject matter experts to curate, maintain, and govern content that trains our AI systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and appropriate segmentation
- Create and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and milestone tracking, while coordinating cross-functional workstreams. Track risks, dependencies, and blockers across initiatives; maintain clear stakeholder communication through regular status updates, metrics, and escalations
- Document workflows, create and maintain SOPs, and establish best practices for AI system configuration and content management
What You'll Bring* Degree in a quantitative or technical field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Machine Learning, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in project/program management, operations, or technical coordination, with a preferred focus on enterprise HR technology, AI implementation, and/or process improvement
- Demonstrated proficiency with AI/ML tools and platforms, including comfort working with content management systems, knowledge base platforms, generative AI systems, prompt engineering, or LLM-based applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data, evaluate system performance, and make data-driven recommendations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong grasp of fundamental computer science concepts. Experience with backend languages, frontend frameworks, or creating and shipping full-stack applications is a plus
- Ability to write scripts or queries and build data visualization tools to support analysis, automation, and system troubleshooting is a plus
