IT R&I Data Science Intern

Overview:

contigent/hourly, 20h-35h per week depending on availability and workload

Job Description Summary:

Assists in research studies and experiments under supervision. Gathers and analyzes data, prepares reports, and performs administrative tasks. Must be able to work a flexible schedule with occasional after hours support.

Job Description:

Essential Functions:* Obtains supplies and equipment needed for research projects and ensures they in proper working condition.

• Assists in laboratory analysis and data interpretation.
• Assists in the preparation and drafting of research proposals and reports, collecting and collating supporting data.
• Organizes and maintains laboratory records.
• Maintains clean laboratory area and equipment.
• Follows all safety protocols and procedures.

Education Requirement: Enrollment in High School or an accredited undergraduate, graduate, or doctorate program, preferred.
