- Operate engineering software platforms to input data, generate drawings, and organize project files as directed
- Prepare clear, organized project packages for engineer review and stamping
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and open items across active projects
- Coordinate with permitting agencies, contractors, and vendors as needed
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all project documentation

- Zapier — for workflow automation between platforms
- Engineering design/CAD software (training provided)

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred:
- Prior exposure to civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, or environmental engineering concepts
- Experience with any CAD or engineering software

What We Offer

- Clear growth path as our project portfolio expands
- Collaborative team environment with direct access to leadership
- Competitive entry-level compensation
