Job description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience leading engineering projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience navigating global execution, successfully driving alignment and delivery across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to quickly learn and deeply understand program architecture from interfaces to infrastructure and serving to actively drive technical discussions.
- Excellent skills in managing complex stakeholder relationships across research, engineering, and product teams.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $217000 - $237000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

- Lead complex, cross-functional programs, balancing immediate deliverables with long-term strategic goals.
- Own project status updates by proactively mitigating risks and tracking dependencies to maintain clear stakeholder visibility.
- Forge strong stakeholder relationships to align teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
- Translate complex AI modeling concepts into actionable, strategic program plans.
- Stay highly organized, continuously improving processes and streamlining execution for maximum efficiency.
