Job Description

Our Augmented Change Factory embodies a new approach to change management: faster, more effective, more industrialised, without ever losing the human element. This role is aimed at a Senior Change AI Consultant capable of combining methodological excellence, employee experience design, AI and dedicated agents.

YOUR MISSIONS

As a Senior Change AI Consultant (M/F), you support strategic transformations within our Augmented Change Factory by mobilising frameworks, toolkits and AI change agents.

• Conduct comprehensive scoping: impact studies, personas, use cases, mappings, trajectories
• Design and oversee end-to-end support strategies
• Build communication plans, learning pathways and adoption tools
• Facilitate co-design workshops (products, processes, materials, journeys)
• Deploy field actions, governance and reporting
• Use and evolve our industrialised assets (frameworks, toolkits, AI change agents)
• Contribute to pre-sales: strategic briefs, costing, methodology, creative input
• Mentor consultants through a mentor/buddy role
• Contribute to the Change Factory R&D (products, AI modules, knowledge capitalisation)

Qualifications

You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5). Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in change management / transformation.

Ability to independently manage a workstream.

Excellent writing and oral communication skills.

Comfortable in workshops and structuring deliverables.

Strong interest in innovation and AI.
