We are building a real-world AI platform designed for local businesses — technology that captures revenue, automates workflows, and generates operational insights every day.
Our system is already being deployed in businesses such as auto repair shops, barbershops, dental clinics, and restaurants, helping owners manage calls, capture missed revenue, and improve customer engagement.
We are looking for a Business Growth Consultant to help expand our presence across local SMB markets.
This role focuses on building relationships with business owners, introducing AI solutions that improve their operations, and growing revenue through new accounts, upsells, and cross-selling additional services.

What You’ll DoIntroduce AI Solutions to Local Businesses
- Meet with SMB owners and operators in person
- Demonstrate how our AI platform improves customer response, revenue capture, and operations
- Identify pain points and recommend the right service package
Grow Accounts Through Upselling & Cross-Selling
- Upgrade customers to higher service tiers ($100 → $200+)
- Introduce additional services such as automation workflows and AI marketing tools
- Build long-term relationships that lead to account expansion
Build and Manage Your Pipeline
- Prospect and engage new SMB clients in target industries
- Track opportunities and customer interactions through CRM tools
- Consistently work toward sales and account growth targets
Represent Our Brand in the Local Market
- Build trust with business owners and operators
- Provide feedback from the field to improve product adoption
- Help establish our AI platform as a valuable tool for local businesses
Work Schedule
This is a full-time role with flexible working hours.
You will manage your own field schedule and plan business visits independently.
However:
- Required to report
- Weekly target: at least 80 stores
- Monthly target: 1 closed deal
Compensation
- Base salary: $40,000/year (W-2)
- 10% commission on closed deals
- Activation incentives:$100-200/customer
Top performers can significantly increase total earnings through commissions and account growth.
Requirements
- Strong relationship-building and sales skills
- Comfortable engaging with SMB owners and decision-makers
- Experience in sales, business development, or account growth preferred
- Ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Self-motivated and able to manage field activities independently
- Reliable transportation for local visits
- Strong English communication skills
