AI, PLA & NeuraGym Strategist (human)
NEURA Robotics · Stuttgart, DE
Job description
NeuraGym and PLA are not just products – they are the infrastructure layer for the Physical AI economy and backbone of Neura’s AI strategy. From the first cells in Riederich to a global network by 2028, every strategic decision we make today shapes the competitive moat of humanoid AI deployment for the next decade.
As AI, PLA & NeuraGym Strategist, you are the architect of our competitive positioning. You define how we grow, how we win markets, how our business model evolves — and then you roll up your sleeves and execute alongside the team that will make it happen.
Your Mission
Develop, sharpen, and drive Neura’s AI, PLA and NeuraGym strategy - from business model design and market entry sequencing to competitive intelligence and partnership framework - ensuring NEURA stays at least 18 months ahead of every competitor in Physical AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Neura’s AI, PLA and NeuraGym strategy roadmap: define, together with business unit heads, the 12–36 month strategic priorities, translate them into executable initiatives, and track progress against them
- Continuously develop and stress-test these business models
- Lead market entry analysis for new geographies - evaluating demand signals, competitive landscape, and enterprise anchor customer readiness
- Build and maintain Neura’s AI competitive intelligence framework: track humanoid OEM strategies, alternative training facility concepts, and Physical AI platform developments globally
- Develop and refine Neura’s AI, PLA, and NeuraGym investor and partner narrative - slide decks, financial assumptions, scenario models - in alignment with NEURA Robotics positioning
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities with academic institutions, industry partners, and new verticals beyond manufacturing
- Work directly with the Performance Manager to ensure strategy-to-execution translation: OKRs, KPIs, and milestone accountability
Your Profile
- 5–9 years in strategy, management consulting, or business development — with a preference for candidates who have made the leap from advisory into operational roles
- Sharp analytical mind: comfortable building market sizing models, business cases, and financial scenarios from scratch
- Experience with subscription/platform business models and/or infrastructure-as-a-service strongly preferred
- Strong executive communication skills - you can write a compelling one-pager and present it in the boardroom
- Entrepreneurial drive: you want to build, not just advise
- Fluent in English and German (additional languages a plus given our international expansion)
- Deep curiosity about robotics, AI, and the physical-digital convergence of industrial automation
