Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our cutting-edge technology team preferably with experience in the Financial domain . Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and other AI tools to address diverse business challenges.
- Implement unsupervised learning techniques to uncover hidden patterns and insights within large datasets.
- Lead model training processes, ensuring accuracy, robustness, and scalability across platforms like AWS and Hadoop environments.
- Collaborate with data engineers to develop efficient ETL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources including SQL databases and linked data repositories.
- Deploy machine learning models into production environments with a focus on model performance monitoring and maintenance.
- Conduct data mining activities to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Contribute to database design and management to support scalable data storage solutions aligned with big data analytics needs.
- Work with cross-functional teams utilizing tools such as Talend, Looker, SAS, R, and VBA for comprehensive analytics reporting and visualization.
- Explore emerging AI technologies including natural language processing (NLP) and quantum engineering principles to enhance model capabilities.
- Write clean, efficient code in Python, Java, C, Bash (Unix shell), ensuring best practices in software development for AI applications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in developing machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow or similar tools.
- Strong programming skills in Python; proficiency in Java and C is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and related ecosystems.
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services for scalable model training and deployment.
- Familiarity with SQL databases, ETL processes, database design principles, and linked data concepts.
- Expertise in natural language processing (NLP), data mining techniques, and analytics methodologies.
- Experience working with machine learning algorithms including unsupervised learning methods.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $95,558.38 - $115,081.06 per year
