Are you a data leader who excels at bridging the gap between complex data analytics and business strategy? Manhattan based client is looking for a strategic, collaborative, and innovative Director of Data Insights to help drive the organization’s transformation into a truly data-driven enterprise. In this role, you will not just look at dashboards—you will lead organization-wide initiatives that elevate data literacy, expand access to actionable insights, and embed data-informed decision-making into our daily corporate culture. Working closely with our Data, AI, Marketing, and Operations teams, you will champion data adoption through storytelling, employee training, and structured change management.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

- Strategic Data Enablement: Design and execute the organization-wide data strategy to empower non-technical teams to confidently use data and analytics tools.

- Drive Data Literacy & Training: Create and deliver educational programs, workshops, and documentation to build strong data-driven skills across all corporate levels.

- Insights & Storytelling: Translate complex data architectures and metrics into clear, actionable business narratives for executive leadership and stakeholders.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with tech teams (Data & AI) and business teams (Marketing, Operations) to align data accessibility with commercial goals.

Experience: 5–10 years of progressive experience in data analytics, business strategy, digital transformation

Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders.

Strategic Mindset: Prior experience building training programs, enablement strategies, or data literacy workshops.

Technical Familiarity: Strong conceptual understanding of modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), data governance, and AI/Machine Learning business applications (deep coding not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
