We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Business Intelligence, AI & Revenue Systems to lead our data-driven initiatives and innovative technology strategies. This pivotal role involves overseeing the development and deployment of advanced analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and revenue management systems that drive strategic decision-making and business growth. We are looking for someone who can become the architect of our internal operating system by connecting data, creating accountability, automating reporting, implementing AI tools, and helping leadership make better decisions!

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Executive dashboards and KPI reporting
• Department-level dashboards and accountability systems
• AI implementation and automation
• Revenue forecasting and business intelligence
• Sales funnel tracking and reporting
• Homeowner acquisition dashboards
• Lead scoring and weighting models
• Automated sequencing and nurturing workflows
• Marketing attribution and ROI reporting
• Guest experience analytics
• Operational performance monitoring
• Data warehouse and reporting infrastructure

Requirements

• Proven experience leading enterprise-level BI, AI, or revenue systems with a strong understanding of system design and application development.
• Extensive knowledge of database management systems including Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, Looker, or equivalent BI platforms
• Deep understanding of SQL
• API integrations
• AI tools and workflow automation
• Data architecture
• Hospitality, travel, vacation rental, hotel, or real estate experience (preferred)
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams using Agile project management methodologies; outstanding communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels.

***If qualified, you will be asked to complete a paid project where you will build a dashboard using sample exports from Guesty, Cloudbeds, QuickBooks, and/or our existing systems.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
