Digital Marketing and AI Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking an innovative and driven Digital Marketing & AI Engineer to join our growing team. This position combines digital marketing strategy, AI implementation, content creation, and technical support to help improve brand visibility, operational efficiency, and digital performance across the organization.

The ideal candidate is both creative and technically skilled, with the ability to manage marketing initiatives while supporting digital systems, automation tools, and internal technology needs.

Marketing & Digital Strategy

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, and advertising platforms.
• Create compelling content for websites, blogs, newsletters, recruitment campaigns, and social media channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports using analytics and tracking tools.
• Optimize website content and digital assets for SEO, user experience, and lead generation.
• Maintain and grow social media engagement through strategic scheduling, audience interaction, and trend analysis.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with leadership and departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Support video, graphic, and multimedia content creation for marketing and training initiatives.
• Research and implement AI-powered tools and automation solutions to improve workflow efficiency and customer engagement.

AI & Technical Support

• Provide first-level support for internal software, hardware, and digital platform issues.
• Assist with setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of business technology systems.
• Manage and support digital platforms including CRM systems, analytics tools, communication software, and marketing applications.
• Assist with AI integrations, workflow automation, and process optimization projects.
• Coordinate with external vendors or IT partners when advanced support is required.
• Maintain technology inventory, software access, licensing, and user permissions.
• Train employees on digital tools, collaboration systems, and technology best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in digital marketing, AI tools, technical support, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics, and social media management.
• Familiarity with AI systems, automation platforms, APIs, and emerging technologies.
• Basic knowledge of IT troubleshooting and software support.
• Experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, WordPress, CRM systems, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and website editing.
• Knowledge of automation platforms and AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience with digital advertising and SEO strategies.
• Google Analytics or related certifications are a plus.

Work Environment

This role is primarily in-office with potential flexibility based on operational needs. The position requires regular computer use, collaboration across departments, and occasional lifting of equipment up to 25 lbs.
