Full Stack Developer Node/React Front End Oriented - Freelance

Job description

• You can translate complex AI concepts into creative digital solutions for our clients.
• You have 4+ years of experience in development, with a significant focus on modern architecture.
• You don't just use AI tools; you understand how to build, fine-tune, and deploy them.
• You have a "design-first" mindset. You understand typography, spacing, and motion, and you refuse to ship anything that doesn't look stunning.
• Fluent in Dutch OR French, and professionally comfortable in English.
• You have great Experience in both Front-End (ES6, modern front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Next.js) and Back-End (frameworks such as Node.js, Laravel (PHP), Python, MySQL.
• You have a solid comprehension of web technologies (PWA, WS, ...) and API development (JSON, OAuth, REST-full/ GraphQL, …)
• Experience with AI implementation (OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar frameworks).
• Hands-on experience in Model Building and fine-tuning (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn).
• Understanding of Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• You love to experiment and explore new technologies/frameworks
• You understand common software engineering practices (git, continuous integration, dependency management, monitoring, version management, ...)
• An instinct for software architecture and micro-services. Knowledge of Docker is a plus
• knowledge of testing frameworks and tools
• App Development: Experience with Mobile App development (React Native, Flutter, or Native) is a major plus!
