Bilingual Perception Algorithm Engineer (English / Mandarin)

We are seeking a Perception Algorithm Engineer to join a fast-growing AI and robotics platform focused on embodied intelligence and real-world multimodal systems.

This role focuses on human pose estimation, motion understanding, sensor fusion, and real-world perception algorithms for next-generation robotics and AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop perception and motion estimation algorithms using multimodal sensor data
• Build fusion systems combining vision, IMU, and wearable sensor inputs
• Design temporal modeling and state estimation solutions
• Improve robustness under real-world conditions including occlusion, drift, and noisy sensor environments
• Collaborate with perception, systems, and hardware teams on production deployment
• Optimize algorithm performance for real-world capture and AI training environments

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Strong Python and/or C++ programming skills
• Experience in one or more of the following:
• Human pose estimation
• Motion tracking/modeling
• Multi-sensor fusion
• IMU/inertial sensing
• SLAM / 3D vision
• Familiarity with Kalman filtering, optimization, or deep learning approaches
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow is a plus
