About the Role

We are seeking an AI Content & Workflow Specialist to help build, optimise, and scale AI-powered content production processes.

This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in AI image generation, video creation, workflow automation, and content production systems. You will play a key role in developing efficient production pipelines, supporting creative teams, and driving innovation through emerging AI technologies.

You will work closely with Content, Design, and Brand teams to improve production efficiency and establish scalable AI content workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise AI-powered content production workflows, including image generation, video creation, automation, and batch production processes.
• Utilise tools such as ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, LoRA training, and other AI content platforms to improve consistency, quality, and scalability.
• Execute end-to-end AI content production workflows, including script interpretation, storyboard generation, image creation, and video assembly.
• Develop and maintain AI production SOPs, prompt libraries, workflow documentation, and best-practice guidelines.
• Research, evaluate, and implement emerging AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and creative output.
• Support Content and Design teams with technical guidance and troubleshooting related to AI content production.
• Improve workflow efficiency through automation, process optimisation, and reusable production frameworks.
• Monitor industry developments and provide recommendations on new tools, models, and production approaches.

RequirementsEssential

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in AI content production, creative technology, workflow automation, or related areas.
• Strong experience with AI image and video generation tools such as:
• ComfyUI
• Stable Diffusion
• Runway
• Kling
• Dreamina (JiMeng)
• Experience creating and managing AI workflows for content production.
• Strong prompt engineering skills with the ability to optimise outputs for different creative requirements.
• Experience solving challenges related to character consistency, visual style consistency, and multi-scene content generation.
• Ability to document processes and create reusable production standards for wider team adoption.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Desirable

• Experience with LoRA training, custom model development, or fine-tuning workflows.
• Basic Python scripting or workflow automation experience.
• Experience building batch-processing or automated content generation systems.
• Experience supporting creative, media, entertainment, or digital content production teams.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted video production and short-form content creation.
