Excel & AI Automation Specialist

Position Overview

We are looking for an Excel & AI Automation Specialist to help improve and automate our pricing and quoting processes. This role will be responsible for creating Excel-based tools that pull pricing and product information from our ERP system, automatically populate quotes, and allow completed quotes to be imported back into our ERP as sales orders.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, experience working with ERP systems, and an interest in using AI and automation to improve business processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Excel quoting tools and templates.
• Import pricing, item IDs, descriptions, and product data from our ERP into Excel.
• Create automated workflows that reduce manual data entry and improve accuracy.
• Develop processes that allow Excel quotes to be imported back into our ERP as sales orders.
• Work with sales and operations teams to understand business needs and improve workflows.
• Troubleshoot data and integration issues.
• Document processes and procedures.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, Power Query, Pivot Tables, and VBA/macros.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Understanding of data imports, exports, and integrations.
• Experience using AI and automation tools to improve workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL databases.
• Experience with APIs and ERP integrations.
• Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate.
• Experience building pricing, quoting, or sales order automation tools.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
