Context

Collective.work is building the next-generation AI-powered sourcing platform for recruiters. Our mission is to help talent teams identify, engage, and hire the best candidates faster through intelligent automation and data-driven insights. Design plays a critical role in making complex AI workflows intuitive, transparent, and impactful for users.

Missions

• Design end-to-end user experiences: from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity UI
• Translate complex AI and data-driven features into clear, usable interfaces
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and ship features
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback
• Create and maintain design systems and reusable components
• Prototype interactions and validate concepts quickly
• Advocate for user-centric design across the company
• Contribute to product strategy through design insights

• Design tools: Figma, Sketch, etc.
• Prototyping tools: Figma, Framer, Principle
• Collaboration tools: Notion, Slack, Google Workspace
• Agile / iterative product development

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI)

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work

• Solid UX fundamentals: research, interaction design, information architecture

• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail

• Experience designing for complex or data-heavy products

• Ability to collaborate closely with product and engineering teams

• Strong communication and storytelling skills

• Experience designing AI/ML-powered products (nice to have)

• Familiarity with recruiting, HR tech, or SaaS tools (nice to have)

• Experience building or contributing to design systems (nice to have)

• Basic understanding of front-end development constraints (nice to have)
