Job description

AI Enablement Product Owner

Hybrid / Remote (Based on Business Needs) – Chicago, IL
Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

Overview

This is not a traditional Product Owner role and not a pure Business Analyst role.

The client is specifically looking for someone who:

  • Acts like a Product Owner
  • Thinks like a Business Analyst
  • Works hands-on like an AI Builder

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving AI adoption across business teams by identifying high-value use cases, translating business needs into AI solutions, designing prompts, testing outputs, refining results, and enabling successful user adoption.

This role sits at the intersection of:

  • Prompt Engineering
  • AI Enablement
  • Change Management

Candidates should have hands-on experience using Generative AI tools to solve real business problems—not just exposure to AI technologies.
