Junior AI Solutions / Product Engineer - Fixed Term Contract

Junior AI Solutions / Product Engineer - Fixed Term Contract We are looking to hire three separate profiles to help us with AI adoption in a business unit on an initial 3-6 month contract basis. This is a high visibility project which will help transform current processes and will have high impact. Roles outlines below:

Junior AI Solutions Engineer

Role

• Support the development of AI-driven tools and solutions to improve internal workflows
• Help prototype and test scalable automation and productivity tools
• Work with internal teams to transition successful pilots into more established solutions

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in AI / related discipline
• Practical experience applying AI preferred
• Prior exposure to Financial Markets preferred

Junior Data Engineer

Role

• Support the development of data pipelines that bring together multiple internal and external data sources
• Help structure and maintain a centralised, queryable data environment
• Assist with data quality, cleansing, matching, and reporting processes
• Work with internal teams on broader data infrastructure initiatives

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science / related discipline
• Previous experience in SQL
• Previous experience creating data pipelines

Junior AI Product Analyst

Role

• Support adoption of AI and data tools across global business teams
• Document processes and prepare training materials for internal tools and workflows
• Gather and organise user feedback, and help translate it into practical improvement opportunities
• Produce ad hoc analysis and reporting to reduce manual workload and improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in AI / related discipline
• Practical experience working with users, understanding requirements and helping to implement practical solutions
• Excellent communication skills
