Role Description:
As a member of the 4th Sector Consulting Team, the AI Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting data-driven delivery across federal health, supply chain, and procurement modernization programs. This role applies AI, automation, and advanced analytics to transform complex operational and acquisition datasets into clear, actionable insights that strengthen client decision making and improve program performance. Reporting to the VP of Consulting Operations, the AI Data Analyst supports the development, execution, and continuous improvement of analytic workflows that ensure high quality care delivery through trusted and resilient supply chains.
The AI Data Analyst contributes to project success by producing structured analytical outputs, maintaining data integrity, and supporting cross functional teams with timely, accurate insights. This includes:
· Partnering with Project Managers to scope analytic tasks, maintain work queues, and ensure data products align with client objectives
· Building AI enabled models, dashboards, and data pipelines that support forecasting, risk identification, and operational performance analysis
· Troubleshooting data quality issues and providing evidence-based recommendations to resolve analytic blockers
· Maintaining dashboards and reporting tools that track utilization, throughput, and key performance indicators across engagements
· Supporting proposal development, including analytic approach narratives, data requirements, and level of effort inputs
· Contributing to team development by documenting methods, sharing best practices, and helping strengthen our analytics capability
Required Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, engineering, supply chain, public policy, or a related analytical discipline; equivalent experience accepted.
· 2–3+ years of experience in data analysis, AI‑assisted analytics, supply chain analytics, procurement analysis, or operational research within government, defense, or regulated environments.
· Proficiency with analytical tools such as Python (pandas), SQL, Excel, or similar platforms, with demonstrated ability to clean, structure, and analyze complex datasets.
· Experience producing structured analytical outputs, including risk assessments, data models, dashboards, or intelligence‑style reporting.
· Familiarity with supply chain risk, procurement workflows, or federal acquisition data, with the ability to rapidly learn domain‑specific frameworks.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical findings into clear, decision‑ready insights.
· Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment, maintaining accuracy, documentation quality, and attention to detail.
Pay: $93,212.92 - $112,256.42 per year
