Main responsibilities:
- Apply data science expertise to solve related problems using data-driven techniques (Machine Learning, statistics, text-mining/NLP, forecasting, etc.).
- Perform data analysis and visualization to assist with problem-solving and process optimization.
- Carry out Advanced Kinetic Stability (AKM) modelling analysis within the injectables and Tech Transfer platform.
- Support Digital Twin/ Process Modelling implementation and act as the DSD representative for Injectables and Tech Transfer projects.
- Deploy and sustain best practices in statistical approaches/modelling and utilisation across DSD Injectables network.
- Participate in the development of site statistical systems, and rollout of support across the DSD Injectables to upskill across the network.
- Provide oversight of the methods in which statistical expertise are applied to activities within the DSD Injectables.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics, with experience as a Statistician or Data Scientist in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of the application of statistics and data analytics within a manufacturing setting, with familiarity with regulatory statistical expectations.
- Proficient in statistical analysis packages, particularly Minitab and/or JMP, with solid problem-solving and data analytical skills.
- Knowledge of the various stages of sterile manufacturing, from process development through to inspection, packaging, and tech transfer.
- Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
