Compensation:

$20-$28 per hour based on experience

Performance bonuses and future commission opportunities available based on measurable results.

Schedule:

3 days per week

8 hours per day

About H&H Fashion

We are seeking a candidate who already has hands-on experience with AI tools, social media marketing, and e-commerce platforms and can contribute immediately.

H&H Fashion is a growing women’s wholesale and e-commerce fashion company based in Downtown Los Angeles. We sell through Shopify, FashionGo, Faire, social media platforms, and our wholesale showroom.

We are looking for a highly motivated, technology-driven individual who understands modern AI tools, e-commerce growth, social media marketing, and business automation.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already has experience using modern technology and AI tools to improve business performance.

What You’ll Do

• Grow Shopify sales and online revenue
• Implement AI tools and automation systems
• Create and execute social media marketing strategies
• Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other channels
• Develop content using AI and modern marketing platforms
• Improve customer engagement and retention
• Assist with email and SMS marketing campaigns
• Analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities
• Research and implement new software, AI tools, and automation systems
• Improve customer service workflows using technology and automation
• Present ideas that increase efficiency, profitability, and sales

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of social media marketing
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Strong computer and technology skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Must be comfortable implementing new technology and automation systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Fashion industry experience
• Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or email marketing platforms
• Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads
• Experience with SEO and website optimization
• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Shopify Apps, CRM systems, or AI customer service tools

Growth Opportunity

This position starts as a part-time evaluation period. Successful candidates who demonstrate strong performance, initiative, measurable sales growth, and valuable contributions to the business may be offered increased compensation, performance bonuses, commission opportunities, and a full-time position.
