Job description
We are seeking an AI + Virtual Cell Research Scientist to build and advance digital cell models for next-generation cell therapy and exosome research.
What You’ll Do
· Develop and iterate AI-driven virtual/digital cell models using multi-omics data.
· Predict cell behavior, gene perturbation effects, and drug responses via deep learning, GNNs, and single-cell LLMs.
· Process and normalize single-cell/transcriptomic/proteomic data for model training.
· Bridge in silico models with wet-lab experiments in stem cells, exosomes, and cell therapy.
· Stay at the forefront of AI and computational biology, driving patents and platform innovations.
What We’re Looking For
· Master’s/PhD in AI, Bioinformatics, Computational/Systems/Synthetic Biology.
· Proficient in Python & PyTorch; hands-on with GNN, generative models, single-cell LLMs.
· Solid knowledge of single-cell analytics, multi-omics, and cell signaling pathways.
· Proven experience in model building, training, and optimization.
· Strong collaboration skills to partner with wet-lab teams.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
