We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Business Systems & AI Manager to lead our technology initiatives and optimize business processes through cutting-edge AI solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our IT infrastructure, enhance operational efficiency, and drive digital transformation across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for leveraging technology to create impactful business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI solutions to improve efficiency across sales, marketing, operations, customer service, and administration.
• Build AI-powered assistants, chatbots, and workflow automations.
• Analyze company data to create dashboards, KPIs, and business insights.
• Manage software systems, integrations, and databases.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve business performance.
• Provide IT support and oversee technology infrastructure.
• Work with department leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Ensure data security and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and large language models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
• Experience building workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, n8n, or custom APIs.
• Strong data analytics and reporting experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Ability to translate business problems into technology solutions.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
