We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst / Engineer to serve as the firm?s centralized data infrastructure owner. This is a foundational hire that will directly enable Bulfinch?s AI strategy?building and maintaining the clean, connected data layer that powers Power BI dashboards, AI models, and decision-making across the organization.

Reporting into the AI & Technology function and working closely with the firm?s AI Steering Committee and external AI Strategist, this individual will architect and maintain a Microsoft Fabric and Azure-based data lakehouse, integrating source systems including Yardi, Argus, Juniper Square, SharePoint, and Chatham into a single quarriable source of truth. The role sits at the intersection of data engineering, financial analytics, and commercial real estate operations translating complex data into strategic insights that drive informed business decisions across investments, asset management, leasing, and accounting.
