Graduating Graphic Design Student – Junior Role (AI & Digital Focus)

Job Summary

This role sits within a multidisciplinary design environment delivering commercial workplace fit-outs, where graphic output supports client presentations, brand storytelling, and project delivery. Working alongside interior designers and technical teams to produce high-quality visual material that communicates design intent clearly and commercially. A key part of this role is the use of AI-driven tools and digital workflows to enhance speed, iteration, and visual quality

Responsibilities

Design & Visual Production

• Produce high-quality graphics for:
• Client presentations (pitch decks, visuals, concept boards)
• Workplace branding and environmental graphics
• Bid and tender presentations
• Assist in creating mood boards, material palettes, and visual narratives
• Support the design team in translating spatial concepts into clear, compelling visuals

AI & Digital Workflows

• Use AI tools- Use Stable diffusion, Flux context, Google AI environment, Claude & Weavy,
• Familiar with 2d and 3D motion design, and modelling software’s like Sketchup & Blender.
• Preferred but not essential- Build LoRA's, Assist In building AI agents,
• Generative concept imagery
• Rapidly iterate designed concepts
• Enhance presentation quality
• Integrate AI outputs for real, buildable design solutions (not just concept visuals)
• Stay current with emerging tools and propose improvements to workflows Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as part of an effective team.
• Work closely with interior designers, technical designers, and visualisers
• Assist in maintaining consistency across:
• Drawings, Presentation material, Branding elements

Skills

• Degree in Graphic Design or Ui/Ux design or related discipline
• Strong portfolio demonstrating:
• Layout and composition
• Branding / visual identity
• Presentation design
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Familiarity with AI image generation tools
• Good understanding of typography, hierarchy, and visual communication
• Translate ideas into clear visuals, not just create artwork

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
