With a strong focus on the automotive and technical documentation domains, we develop AI-powered knowledge systems, intelligent documentation platforms, and next-generation enterprise tools.
As we expand our AI- and data-driven business, the importance of “orchestration” (overall design and execution) has significantly increased, and this role has been newly defined to address that need.
Role Summary
This role is a Technical Project Manager who designs and drives entire projects based on strong technical understanding.
You will bridge business requirements and technical implementation, leading projects from PoC through production while being accountable for outcomes.
Many of our projects are in the 0→1 phase. In highly uncertain environments, you will structure ambiguous requirements and drive the creation of products and systems.
You will lead cross-functional teams of approximately 5 members per project, working closely with clients to drive key decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Ownership and Execution
· Own overall project delivery, including progress, quality, and outcomes
· Drive projects end-to-end from PoC to production deployment
· Manage schedules, risks, and dependencies
· Provide direction and decision-making in uncertain project environments
2. Technical Design Leadership
· Lead system architecture and technical direction
· Make decisions on technologies such as LLMs, RAG, and data platforms
· Conduct design reviews through discussions with engineers
· Drive decisions based on technical trade-offs
3. Requirements Definition and Structuring
· Translate business requirements into technical specifications
· Structure and clarify ambiguous requirements
· Define MVP scope and system boundaries
· Lead specification design and hypothesis validation in 0→1 phases
4. Client-Facing Responsibilities
· Communicate and negotiate directly with clients
· Manage proposals, scope adjustments, and expectations
· Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
· Proactively surface project risks and define mitigation approaches
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Collaborate with engineers, designers, and business teams
· Facilitate alignment and accelerate decision-making across teams
· Identify and resolve project bottlenecks
Required Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience in software or system development
· Experience in project management or project leadership
· Ability to understand and discuss system architecture and design
· Experience working with clients or managing stakeholders
· Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives
· Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with AI / LLM / RAG-related projects
· Experience with knowledge systems or search platforms
· Experience implementing enterprise systems
· Experience delivering projects from PoC to production
· Knowledge of data platforms, workflows, or automation
· Experience in automotive or manufacturing industries
Technical Understanding (Expected Level)
· Basic understanding of LLMs, RAG, and vector databases
· Understanding of API, backend, and frontend architecture
· Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
· Understanding of system architecture and data flow design
Client Interaction Level
· High-level client interaction including issue resolution and risk management
· Lead and participate in meetings with OEM and enterprise clients
· Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive decisions
· Make decisions and conduct negotiations with an understanding of business and organizational context
