AI Workflow & Innovation Specialist
Advanced Perio · Remote · New York
Job description
We are a fast-growing, multi-location dental specialty and implant organization in the Tri-State area seeking a highly motivated AI Workflow & Innovation Specialist to help lead the integration of advanced AI systems into real-world healthcare operations.
This is not a traditional IT role.
We are looking for someone passionate about the future of AI, automation, large language models, workflow optimization, and operational innovation — someone who wants to help build the future of how healthcare businesses operate.
The right candidate will work directly with leadership and play a major role in shaping AI implementation across multiple companies, offices, and future projects.
You will not simply be “using AI tools.” You will help architect how a modern healthcare organization evolves alongside AI. This is an opportunity to work directly with leadership, build meaningful systems, improve operational efficiency at scale, and become part of a company heavily investing in future technology and innovation. If you are someone constantly experimenting with AI platforms, automations, agents, workflows, and emerging tools — and want to apply those skills in a real business environment with long-term upside — we would love to hear from you.
This is intended to be a long-term growth position with substantial future opportunity.
