About the Role:

We are seeking a professional to manage AI implementation for our clients, explore AI solutions, and develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate results. This role involves collaborating with both clients and internal teams to ensure successful adoption of AI technologies, as well as staying engaged in AI communities to stay ahead of emerging trends.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and implement innovative AI and machine learning (ML) solutions to meet client needs.
• Develop and present PoCs to demonstrate the expected outcomes of AI solutions, proving their feasibility and effectiveness.
• Work closely with both internal teams and clients, facilitating the adoption of AI solutions through practical examples and real-world results, both in-person and online.
• Work in the Chicago office with a flexible hybrid work model, allowing a mix of in-office and remote work.
• Visits to client sites may be required for meetings, presentations, or project implementations.

Requirements:

• Development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions.
• Proficiency with Generative AI tools, such as GPT (ChatGPT), Gemini, LLaMA, and others.
• Strong knowledge of the Databricks stack and its functionalities
• Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong ability to lead discussions and translate business needs into practical solutions using AI.
