About the Role

PopdockAI needs a Video Production Specialist who can become a product expert and own end-to-end video production — scripting, presenting on camera, recording, and editing.

This isn’t a generalist creative role. You’ll go deep on the product, become a credible on-camera voice, and build a content engine across six series — from 60-second outcome reels to 30-minute training modules.

Content Series

• Foundation — Why PopdockAI; the problem with alternatives
• Feature Deep Dive — One video per major capability or connector
• Use Case Showcase — Role-based scenario walkthroughs
• Outcome Reels — Decision-stage, outcome-focused content
• Onboarding — Getting started with new features
• Training — In-depth how-to content (15–30 min)

What You’ll Do

• Script, record, edit, and publish videos across all six series
• Present on camera and in narration with confidence and technical accuracy
• Conduct live screen recordings and demo captures inside PopdockAI
• Build genuine product expertise so your content is credible, not just polished
• Maintain a rolling production calendar tied to releases and campaigns
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Track performance metrics and build a library of reusable assets

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 3+ years producing professional video content (scripting, recording, editing),
• Proficient in screen recording tools (Loom, Camtasia, OBS, or equivalent)
• Comfortable and credible on camera presenting technical software
• Hands-on experience with AI — Claude specifically is a plus
• Experience using AI across every stage of video production, scripting, screen recording, editing, publishing.
• Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
• Self-directed — you manage your calendar, hit your deadlines, and don’t need to be managed

Preferred

• SaaS or product demo video background
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or enterprise AI
• Motion graphics chops (After Effects, Camtasia callouts, or similar)
• Knowledge of MCP, integration platforms, or data governance concepts

What Success Looks Like

90 days: First two Foundation videos delivered, production calendar live, product fluency established.

Ongoing: Consistent output across all six series that supports pipeline growth, trial activation, and customer onboarding.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
