AI Project Manager

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Prompt Engineer at an AI-native company OR strong linguistics/philosophy/language-heavy training (law, logic, etc.)
• Experience owning or improving agent behavior in a deployed AI product used by 1,000+ users
• Strong prompting ability and experience debugging/fixing prompts
• Experience analyzing large datasets/evals with strong operational and organizational skills
• Prior experience with voice AI, TTS, ASR, or telephony platforms (Twilio, etc.) is highly preferred
• Strong reading comprehension and ability to evaluate AI outputs/logical errors without being deeply technical
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
• Required questions for submission:

• What are their compensation expectations?
• How active are they currently in interview processes?

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
