Job Title: GenAI / LLM Architect

Position Overview:
The GenAI Architect will lead the design and implementation of enterprise Generative AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models to transform customer service, operations, compliance, and knowledge management within BFSI organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design enterprise GenAI architecture.
• Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
• Fine-tune and deploy LLMs.
• Implement AI governance, security, and compliance controls.
• Develop conversational AI and virtual assistant solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have prior BFSI experience implementing AI solutions for customer service, compliance, AML/KYC operations, financial advisory platforms, underwriting, claims processing, or banking operations.
