Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced GenAI Architect to lead the design, strategy, and delivery of enterprise AI/GenAI solutions. This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, client interaction, solution architecture, and business understanding.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architecture, AI solutioning, and enterprise GenAI platforms, along with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise GenAI solutions for business use cases.
• Define and implement GenAI strategy, roadmap, and delivery approach for clients.
• Work directly with clients to understand business challenges and propose AI-driven solutions.
• Lead end-to-end GenAI solutioning, architecture, and delivery.
• Translate business problems into scalable GenAI use cases and technical solutions.
• Drive RAG-based architectures, LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and leadership for successful delivery.
• Support pre-sales, solution discussions, and GenAI opportunities with clients.
• Work with cloud and AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Databricks, etc.
• Ensure best practices around security, governance, scalability, and responsible AI.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Generative AI / LLM-based solutions
• Hands-on experience with RAG Architecture, Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, Embeddings
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI orchestration frameworks
• Strong understanding of GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or enterprise LLM platforms
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, or cloud AI services
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, scalability, security, and governance
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and client leadership teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise GenAI programs or architecture initiatives
• Strong client-facing and solutioning experience
• Experience in AI strategy, enterprise transformation, or consulting environments

Pay: $96,918.47 - $116,719.02 per year
