Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead AI/ML Engineer to spearhead the development and deployment of advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. Duties

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and AI algorithms using frameworks such as TensorFlow and Python.
• Architect and optimize large-scale data pipelines utilizing Hadoop, Spark, and SQL databases to support data mining and analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee database design and management to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of large datasets.
• Implement natural language processing (NLP) techniques for text analysis and language understanding projects.
• Develop scalable cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS services for model training and deployment.
• Conduct research on emerging AI/ML trends and incorporate innovative techniques into existing systems.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of AI/ML systems through rigorous testing and optimization.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or Data Scientist with leadership responsibilities.
• Expertise in programming languages including Python, Java, R, C, VBA, Bash (Unix shell).
• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, SAS, and related tools.
• Extensive experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, SQL databases, and data mining techniques.
• Proficiency in database design principles for managing large datasets efficiently.
• Hands-on experience with natural language processing (NLP) applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS for deploying scalable AI solutions.
• Solid understanding of analytics methodologies to interpret complex data insights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to lead projects from conception through implementation.

Pay: $60.00-$80.00 per hour
