Apparound would like to identify an AI Engineer, working in the R&D department who collaborates in our AI projects, identifying concrete applications and, together with the team, implements and manages, strategic solutions and features.

The role requires technical skills and leadership qualities.

The range of applicability is machine learning/deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, text recognition and generative AI.

Tasks and goals:

• Develop and implement AI strategies and solutions for our Product
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (with internal and external staff if needed) on the development and integration of AI capabilities into our Product
• Design and develop AI models, algorithms and systems
• Ensure the reliability, scalability and performance of our AI solutions
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of AI models through rigorous testing, evaluation and validation processes
• Keep up to date with the latest technologies, industry research and studies, and industry trends. Identify opportunities of innovation in AI applications
• Document technical specifications, guidelines and architectures aimed at technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team. Define technical, architectural strategies and best practices for AI projects
• Promote the AI culture in the company, contributing to the organization of training workshops aimed at an internal training process on different levels according to the recipients

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 3+ years of experience in the field of AI and Machine Learning
• Experience in leading a development team is a plus
• Problem-solving oriented
• Good communication skills
