AI and Analytics Engineer (Manufacturing) m/w/d

These are your tasks:

• Develop and support dashboards, reports, and monitoring use cases.
• Identify and realize high-value analytics and AI use cases.
• Build and manage automation workflows (e.g., n8n or similar tools).
• Act as a change agent to drive adoption across production teams.
• Gather and document requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Who we are looking for:

• Proven experience in AI, BI or Data Analytics and SQL.

• Strong skills in data visualization and requirements engineering.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent English.

• Degree in IT or comparable qualification.

• Knowledge in Machine Learning / AI implementation.

• Knowledge of data acquisition and BI development (Splunk preferred).

• AI/ML development or automation experience.

• Understanding of manufacturing data and processes.
