Provider ClientTerms
1. Internal use only
You may use the data inside your own company. You may not resell it, share the raw data, or give it to anyone outside your company.
2. You can analyze, not clone
You may build your own analysis and conclusions on top of the data. You may not use it to rebuild a copy of our database or a competing data product.
3. Public sources only
The data comes from public job postings. It contains no private or personal contact details and no insider information.
4. When the deal ends, you delete it
If the agreement ends, you stop using the data, delete your copies, and confirm in writing that you deleted them. Your own past analyses you may keep.
5. “As is”, with a cap
We work hard to keep the data accurate but cannot guarantee it is error-free; it is provided “as is”. If anything goes wrong, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us.
What we don’t agree to
Exclusivity(“sell only to us”) — it cuts off every other buyer; at most a short head start, at a much higher price. Most-favored pricing(“never cheaper than us”) — it chains all future prices to the first deal; instead we fix your price for the term.
See how the data is built and sourced on How it’s built.
