Job Description -

Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Data, Tech & AI (Campus DTAI Track)!

In this role, you'll work on real, customer-facing problems, helping clients unlock value from data and AI. Depending on your background and interests, you may be considered for paths spanning data analysis and reporting, statistical modeling and machine learning, or data and ML engineering.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems and translate them into scalable, data-driven solutions
• Design and build automated reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Develop and validate statistical or machine learning models to support business outcomes
• Build and maintain data pipelines across multiple data sources and cloud platforms
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and modeling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align on solution design
• Support proof-of-concept development for AI/ML use cases
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, R, or similar)
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational database concepts
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, automation frameworks, or data engineering principles
• Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Coursework or project experience involving machine learning, deep learning, or data pipelines

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$50,000 to $62,500]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
