Your team & impact

By joining the Engage team, you will contribute to the most critical user journey within our business. This role offers significant technical depth and exposure across various domains, providing you with end-to-end ownership and a clear view of how your work impacts user conversion and retention.

Our team manages the booking flow for both SME and Private users, covering domains such as recipients, pricing, and booking.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with your direct teammates and various cross-functional departments, including Payments, Core Banking, Spend, Compliance, and Design.

Here's what you'll be doing as Agentic Mobile Engineer:

• Drive the development of comprehensive, cross-platform solutions for the booking domain.
• Maintain platform integrity by diagnosing and fixing regression issues.
• Play an active role in release workflows and incident response efforts.
• Engage in collaborative team rituals, including planning sessions, retrospectives, and daily standups.
• Proactively find ways to elevate the overall quality and performance of the application.
• Leverage cutting-edge industry advancements to deliver modern, creative, and compelling user journeys.

Here's what we'd love from our new Agentic Mobile Engineer:

We don't expect you to meet every single requirement listed. What matters most is your motivation, mindset, and ability to learn. If you're excited about this role and think you could be a great fit, we'd really like to hear from you.

• Strong product mindset: focus on problems, outcomes, and impact—not just tickets or tasks
• Daily, hands-on agentic AI - genuinely drives work through an agent (Cursor / Claude Code / Codex), not occasional autocomplete.
• 2+ years shipping production iOS in Swift + SwiftUI (UIKit a plus)
• Engineering fundamentals they can apply, not recite
• Desire to work cross platforms
• Swift + SwiftUI (UIKit a plus)
• At least one agentic coding tool, hands-on: Claude Code, Cursor or similar
• Core engineering: SOLID, architectural patterns, reactive concepts (Combine or RxSwift), Unit testing, Dependency injection
• Reviews code critically (catches retain cycles, over-engineering, bugs in AI output)

And if you can also do this stuff, even better:

• A second stack: Kotlin/Android, TypeScript + React/web, or a backend language
• Modular architecture
• Already shipped in 2+ platforms
• Reviews code in languages they don't write daily
• Writes effective agent specs / skills / rules / guardrails
• Capable of performing both autonomously and as a collaborative team member
• Possesses a strong appetite for continuous learning and professional growth
• Enjoys and actively seeks out opportunities for teamwork
• Demonstrates strong self-starting initiative

• Competitive Salary: Starting from €2,930 - €4,400 per month on B2B contract, depending on experience.
