Content Creator & AI Marketing Specialist (Part-Time)

We're looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator to help grow two exciting businesses:

• Commercial Mortgage Brokerage

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys storytelling, video editing, AI tools, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Use AI tools to turn ideas into engaging story-style videos.
• Edit videos, add captions, music, graphics, and B-roll.
• Design social media posts and marketing graphics.
• Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
• Work with the owner to turn real client stories, financing tips, and industry insights into engaging content.
• Track performance and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with CapCut, Canva, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools.
• Strong video editing skills.
• Creative thinker with a good eye for storytelling.
• Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of social media trends is an asset.
• Photography or videography experience is a bonus.

Hours

• Part-time (10–20 hours per week) with potential to grow into a full-time role.
