Responsibilities

Develop and implement AI/ML solutions, with a focus on Generative AI models and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver AI-powered functionalities.
Fine-tune and deploy models such as GPT, BERT, or other transformer-based architectures for specific use cases.
Write clean, efficient Python code for data processioning, model training, and deployment.
Experiment with model optimization techniques, including parameter tuning and algorithmic innovations.
Build APIs and integrate AI/ML solutions into scalable applications.
Stay updated with advancements in Generative AI and contribute innovative ideas to projects.
Maintain and improve existing AI pipelines to ensure scalability, efficiency, and robustness.
Document technical processes, tools, and findings for internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in AI/ML development, focusing on Python-based solutions.
Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries/frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, OpenAI API).
AI/ML Expertise: Practical experience with transformer models, large language models (LLMs), and NLP.
Data Skills: Strong skills in data processioning, feature engineering, and handling structured and unstructured datasets.
Deployment: Knowledge of containerization (Docker), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and ML model deployment pipelines.
Problem-Solving: Ability to translate complex problems into structured solutions using AI-driven approaches.
Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD workflows, and MLOps tools.

Hands-on experience with fine-tuning and prompt engineering for LLMs.
Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF).
Exposure to Generative AI models in domains like computer vision or speech (e.g., GANs, VAEs, Whisper).
Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
