WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Sr. GenAI Architect will own enterprise-wide end‑to‑end architecture for GenAI products: model selection, retrieval, agent orchestration, guardrails, observability, and reliability. This role will design and implement scalable GenAI solutions for business use cases and provide technical leadership and accelerate knowledge transfer.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Define reference architecture (LLM selection, RAG, agent framework, APIs). Lead development of agentic and orchestrated multi-agent architectures. Establish coding standards, secure patterns, and SRE/observability baselines.

Partner with internal teams to build CI/CD, model registry, feature stores, vector database. Collaborate with engineers to integrate models with enterprise data pipelines for data/model/artifact versioning and automate deployments. Operate model/agent registries and governance hooks (approval gates, audits). Set up tracing, logging, eval integration, and cost dashboards. Architect scalable pipelines, including model training, deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD workflows

Deploy AI models into production environments and ensure that models are integrated into existing systems and can handle real-time data inputs effectively. Troubleshoot issues that arise during model deployment and operation to ensure solutions are implemented quickly to minimum downtime. Continually monitor performance to detect any issues, such as drops in accuracy or changes in data patterns. Implement monitoring systems to ensure models remain effective over time.

Lead design reviews and technical decisions to ensure AI solutions meet business objectives, performance standards, and ROI goals.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years’ progressive experience in solution architecture; 3+ years in ML/LLM systems.
- Experience building and deploying LLM / ML models, connecting LLMs with APIs, defining RAG and multi-agent architectures, and cross-platform agent deployment.
- Prior leadership of production RAG and agent systems at scale preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Python/Rust and modern AI SDKs
- Strong with Python backends, cloud services, vector databases, and eventing.
- Proven ability to design scalable GenAI architectures leveraging cloud platforms and MLOps practices.
- Strong mentoring and technical leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create architectural diagrams and technical documentation for non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational skills..
- Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with cross functional departments.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
- Ability to manage simultaneous projects and complete multiple tasks.
- Strong orientation toward results coupled with reputation for integrity and good judgment
- Must have the ability to challenge, when appropriate, existing practices.
