Working alongside our AI and product teams, you will transform real-world business expertise into high-quality AI knowledge, enabling organizations to receive more accurate, practical, and industry-focused AI solutions.

Whether your background is in finance, healthcare, manufacturing, construction, logistics, legal, education, energy, technology, or another professional field, your industry expertise will become the foundation for the next generation of enterprise AI.

Duties

• Represent your industry by contributing professional knowledge, operational experience, and market insights to our AI knowledge platform.
• Collect, review, validate, and organize industry-specific information to ensure AI systems provide accurate, reliable, and practical responses.
• Identify current industry trends, emerging technologies, regulatory developments, and evolving business practices to keep AI knowledge continuously updated.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, and data specialists to transform industry expertise into structured AI knowledge.
• Review and optimize AI-generated responses to improve their relevance, accuracy, and alignment with real-world business scenarios.
• Evaluate industry datasets and business information to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance before integration into AI knowledge systems.
• Provide recommendations on industry workflows, terminology, best practices, and operational standards to enhance AI performance.
• Participate in the development of customized AI solutions tailored to specific industries and enterprise clients.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve AI capabilities and deliver greater value to businesses.
• Act as a trusted industry advisor by helping shape the future direction of enterprise AI applications.

Experience

• Extensive professional experience in your own industry, with a strong understanding of market trends, business operations, customer needs, and industry challenges.
• Leadership or senior-level experience within your field is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze industry information, evaluate business practices, and identify emerging opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex industry knowledge into practical business insights.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, or enterprise clients.
• Strong analytical thinking, research abilities, and attention to detail.
• Curiosity about artificial intelligence and a willingness to work alongside AI professionals. Previous AI experience is not required.
• Passion for sharing industry expertise and helping businesses leverage AI to improve decision-making, efficiency, and innovation.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
