- 12+ years of experience in solution architecture / enterprise architecture
- Strong presales and deal-shaping experience
- Proven track record of winning large transformation deals

- Data Platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data, AWS Data stack
- AI/ML: Predictive modeling, NLP, GenAI frameworks, MLOps
- Cloud: Azure / AWS / GCP (multi-cloud preferred)
- Integration: APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture
- DevOps: CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Strong BFSI background with hands-on exposure to:
o Asset Management o Auto Finance
- Understanding of:

o Create executive-level presentations and solution decks o Articulate complex solutions simply o Influence stakeholders and drive decisions

Role Overview
-
We are seeking a high-impact Solution Architect with strong presales acumen to drive solutioning and deal shaping across BFSI clients, with a focus on Asset Management and Auto Finance domains.

The candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end technology solutions, creating compelling sales narratives and decks, and partnering with sales, delivery, and clients to win strategic deals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Presales & Solutioning
-
Lead end-to-end solution design for large and mid-sized deals in BFSI
-
Collaborate with sales teams to shape opportunities, define win strategies, and craft differentiated offerings
-
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures
-
Own RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, including solution approach, estimations, and commercials alignment
-
Create high-quality sales decks, POVs, demos, and solution storytelling artifacts

2. Data, AI & Analytics Architecture

Design modern data platforms (Data Lake, Lakehouse, Data Mesh architectures)

Architect AI/ML solutions including predictive analytics, customer intelligence, risk modeling, and automation

Define data governance, lineage, compliance, and security models aligned to BFSI regulations
-
Enable GenAI use cases (document processing, portfolio insights, customer service automation)

3. Infrastructure & Cloud Expertise

Design solutions across cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) and hybrid infrastructure

Define scalable, resilient, and secure architectures

Lead discussions on:
o Cloud migration & modernization o Platform engineering & DevSecOps o High availability and disaster recovery
- Optimize for performance, cost, and compliance

- 4. BFSI Domain Expertise
- Drive domain-led solutioning in:
o Asset Management (portfolio mgmt, trading platforms, fund accounting, regulatory reporting) o Auto Finance (loan origination, servicing, collections, dealer systems)
- Apply domain knowledge to:
o Enhance customer value propositions o Build industry-specific accelerators and frameworks
- Ensure compliance with regulations like SEC, FINRA, SOX, CFPB, etc.

- 5. Client Engagement & Storytelling
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders (CXOs, business heads, IT leaders)
- Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and solution presentations
- Build compelling value propositions, ROI narratives, and transformation roadmaps
- Present solutions in a business-friendly and outcome-oriented manner

- Work cross-functionally with:
o Sales & account teams o Delivery & engineering teams o Partners and vendors
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to capability building
