Job Responsibilities
- GenAI Training and Education – design and deliver training programs focused on workflow integration, use-case identification, problem-solving with GenAI and responsible and secure use; build narrative-based learning content that helps learners “connect the dots” between their job tasks and GenAI capabilities; and teach employees when GenAI is the appropriate solution versus existing tools (“right tool for the right task”).
- Needs Analysis and Curriculum Development - conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in skills, workflows, and understanding of AI capabilities; translate business needs into structured training paths, curriculum modules, and competency frameworks; and partner with SMEs to contextualize training within real job scenarios.
- Change Management Collaboration - align training strategy with change management efforts, ensuring communication, adoption, and resistance mitigation are integrated; and support the rollout of new AI tools or updates through structured change plans.
- Internal Tool Creation and Support - assist in the creation of internal GenAI related or specific learning tools, templates, and job aids; and provide feedback about learner challenges, tool limitations, and usage patterns.
- Measurement, Reporting and Continuous Improvement – collaborate with others to identify, track and report learning outcomes, adoption metrics, and tool success indicators; continuously refine training materials based on user feedback, tool evolution, business priorities and emerging best practices in GenAI adoption.
- Deliver engaging training sessions multiple times per day using virtual communications software, like Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams and Adobe Connect.
- Work with internal and external partners to develop training outlines and schedules.
- Communicate learner feedback and attendance reports to the client when necessary.
- Maintain an up-beat, professional attitude, despite a potentially repetitive and predictable work environment.
- Assist with various administrative tasks.
- Willingness to travel to deliver onsite training if needed
- Experience and advanced level knowledge of GenAI (including but not limited to Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
- Experience and certifications with Claude and Laurel highly preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience in corporate training or adult education.
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Certifications in Microsoft Office and other business-related applications preferred.
- Experience working in the legal industry ideal but not required.
