Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple AI engineering teams via Team Leads, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
• Guide teams in the design, development, and deployment of AI systems, including large language model (LLM) based solutions
• Own the AI platform strategy and align initiatives with business and product goals
• Manage cross-team dependencies, timelines, and delivery in an agile environment
• Ensure production-ready AI solutions in cloud environments (Azure, GCP)
• Drive adoption of modern AI technologies and continuously evolve the roadmap
• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product, and business units
• Work closely with the Session Insights and Tia product teams, as well as the connecting knowledge layer, to ensure tight collaboration across shared AI capabilities and platform services
• Develop leadership capabilities within the organization (coaching Team Leads)

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence or a related field
• 3+ years of leadership experience including managing leaders
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on AI, machine learning, or closely related technical domain
• Strong background in AI/ML systems and cloud-based architectures
• Experience with LLMs and generative AI technologies
• Strong experience with Python or object oriented programming languages
• Solid understanding of production-grade AI systems and deployment workflows
• Strong stakeholder communication and strategic thinking skills
